Membership Information

Fairchildwatches.Com is a free membership wholesale site only. No retail business will be conducted here.

To qualify, you must be in the business of reselling merchandise. This site is not intended to be an end user site. The information contained here is for the sole use of our present customer base only. If you are not presently a member and would like to become one, please submit a short application for review prior to entry into the site.

All membership registration forms will be reviewed the following business day after receipt. You will be notified within 48 hours of your membership status and rating. Applicants requiring immediate consideration must phone Fairchild International directly during normal business hours.

Criteria for Membership Status and Rating

1. You or your company must have a credit rating of 1 or 2 by The Jewelers Board of Trade and current favorable references in order to receive an immediate Open/Memo Shipment Status. If these criteria are met, no additional credit validation is required.

2. If you or your company have a credit rating of 3 or 4 by the Jewelers Board of Trade, are not rated at all, or are a dealer outside the United States, a credit report and history must be established before Open/Memo Shipments will take place. If this is not an option, the item must be paid for in full prior to shipment. If the item is not sold, it may be returned for an immediate refund.

All sales on this site are final. However, Fairchild International may choose to waive the non-return policy as it is our intention to assist in the growth of your business. Please make arrangements with Fairchild International prior to returning merchandise.
