Q. Do I need to be a registered member to browse?
R. No, vendors can browse the site using it as an informational tool and photograph album. However, prices will not be listed – so vendors must call for pricing in this area.
Q. Do I need to be a registered member to buy?
R. Yes, vendors must complete the short application found in “Become A Member” and submit it to Fairchild International.
Q. What criteria are used to establish membership?
R. Membership will be granted or denied based upon your Jewelers Board of Trade rating or your credit worthiness based upon our review.
Q. When will I receive my vendor password to enter the site?
R. Your member status will be e-mailed to you along with your vendor id and password within 48 hours after receipt of your application.
Q. What if I am not a member of the Jewelers Board of Trade?
R. If you are not a member of JBT or not rated, you must supply a credit report to Fairchild International. Your status will then be evaluated and you will be contacted with the results.
Q. Do vendors pay sales tax?
R. All Texas resident vendors must complete a valid Texas Sales Tax Resale Tax Certificate prior to shipment within the State of Texas or must already have this certificate on file with Fairchild International. Out of Texas resident vendors are not required to complete this certificate unless shipment is within the State of Texas. At that time, the appropriate and valid state’s Sales Tax Resale Tax Certificate must be completed and submitted to Fairchild International or already exist on file.
Q. Will the items found on the site always be available for immediate delivery?
R. Certain items found on the site may not be available for immediate delivery. Please contact Fairchild International to determine availability and delivery date.
Q. Once an order is placed, how long will it take to receive the merchandise?
R. Each item purchased will be shipped overnight to the vendor.
Q. What are the shipping and handling charges?
R. Items are shipped overnight at a charge of $19.00 per shipment plus $3.50 per $1000.00 value.

R. Fairchildwatches.Com is compatible with all current web browsers.
Q. What is done with the information you collect from me on “Become A Member”?
R. Information is securely housed offline from the internet and is strictly confidential and is not resold to any third party.
Q. Is there a minimum age required to make a purchase?
R. Yes, all buyers must be at least 18 years of age and fulfill all requirements necessary found in the “Membership Information” and the “User’s Agreement”.
Q. When do I pay for the merchandise?
R. Payment is to be made immediately following the confirmation of your sale.
Q. What is the return policy?
R. Any item can be returned to Fairchild International as long as it is in the same condition in which it was sent – excluding new watches ordered by Fairchild International.
Q. Can I speak with someone at Fairchild?
R. You may speak to any one of the Fairchild International watch specialists from Monday to Friday (9am C.S.T. to 5pm C.S.T.). From 5pm C.S.T. to 9pm C.S.T., Fairchild International will still answer mobile phones for your convenience. Weekend phone hours (both Saturday and Sunday) are 10am C.S.T. to 6pm C.S.T.
Q. Is Fairchild International an authorized Rolex dealer?
R. Fairchild International is not a registered Rolex dealer and no manufacturer’s warranty applies. However, all watches are in excellent condition and carry a one (1) year warranty thru Fairchild International.
